Mission

We have a strong mission vision, with members who go on short term missions, some who are based overseas for longer periods and some who work with locally based Mission Societies.

Our church members have been on mission visits to:-

Burma, Cambodia, Congo, India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Tanzania, Uganda

Before joining the church other members have been on mission this decade in

Mexico and Melilla, Spain, Mali, Ghana, Nigeria, Poland.

Iain and Clare Hill. World Share.

My job is Communications Editor for WorldShare We work with indigenous churches and partner projects in around 50 of the world’s poorest or most spiritually needy countries, resourcing them to bring holistic transformation to communities in Jesus’ name.

Ivor and Carol Greer: Ivor was the UK Operations Director of Cambodia Action for 12 years. Now Ivor and Carol are staying long term in Siem Reap, Cambodia where he is the pastor of a local church.

Lee and Nilda

have already undertaken several mission visits to Argentina, where Nilda was born, and they are returning as full time missionaries with The George Muller Foundation.

Chalmers Dobson works with Good News Broadcasting Association. GNBA (Teaching the word, touching the world) produces radio programmes that are used widely across Africa, parts of South America and Asia. In the UK they can be heard on Satellite and free view services.

Rose Leggott left England in April 2010 for a long visit to Siem Reap, Cambodia where she is working with International teams in a village school.

Leon and Natalie Coates and baby Sophie
Leon joined us in 2010 and works for Amaze a professional body caring for Christian Youth and Children's Workers.

Mark and Olivia Scott
Mark and Olivia also joined us in 2010 and work with One Mission Society (OMS) that recruits, equips and supports people from across the country that are keen to get involved in mission work and who feel called to undertake placements around the world.
